Return restrictions and precautions

To qualify for the 15-day money-back guarantee, you are responsible for shipping costs for returns that are not related to quality issues. Returned products must be in good condition and salable. If the product is damaged, we may not be able to provide a full refund.

Warranty-related shipping costs are solely borne by ONESPORT EBIKE within the country of purchase. For shipping outside of the country of purchase, please pay return shipping or receive a refund of 50% of the item purchase price.

When returning items, please ship them within 15 days of receiving approval. Further delays may result in your return being invalid or problematic
